Responsibilities
• Undertake general office administration tasks
• Manage and coordinate correspondence and filing system
• Liaise with associates both locally and internationally
• Provide assistance in drafting of correspondence
• Attend meetings and draft minutes
Profile
• Minimum 4-5 years experience in a similar post
• Diploma/Degree in Office Administration or any other related field is preferable
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both written and verbal
• Computer literate (MSOffice)
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Solid organisational and multi-tasking skills
